Call for Essay - Humanities for the Public [HTP]

Humanities are intellectual pursuits originated from our everyday lifeworld. However, when humanities become disciplines in university, fewer people can really engage into the discourse. In order to widen the space of humanities inquiries, Horos has launched the "Humanities for the Public" [HTP] channel. The channel aims at building connections between academic researches and the public.

Essays submitted to HTP should be within 6000 words, easy to read, and interesting to non-academic readers. Essays will be reviewed by the Horos community. Community members will vote to decide the acceptance of the essay within 1 week of submission.

Essays should be sent to the official email address daohoros@gmail.com The email should include your short biography, the document, and all pics, tables, graphs. Please indicate clearly that you are submitting to the HTP channel in the title.
